DareTo Dream

In life from an early age, we all have chooses. Some are easy as do I want to have milk or water to drink, but as we grow older the chooses we make can alter our lives. The people we mix with, the jobs we take, the food we eat. But in all these things we need to have goals and dreams.

Today I want to say to you, please keep hold of your dreams, let no one steal them from you.

@ Make a list of your dreams and goals, and do not limit yourself. Write them down as big and crazy as you like. For if you want your dream bad enough it will come true.

@ Watch who you share it with. Some people will tell you that you will never do that - it may be hard, but you need to cut them out of your dream life. They are your dreams. Find friends who believe in you and push you to that dream.

@ Have fun, and do small action steps each day that will take you closer to your dream. For each step will take you closer to the big picture.

In closing I want to share a true story. Here in the UK we have just had a TV program to choose a Dorethy for a new production of the Wizard of OZ produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber. You had him, three judges and people were able to vote on the phone. The program started with 13 girls and on the last night we were down to three, and over the next hour or so the judges and viewers took it to two girls.

Now all along each girl had talent, were good but the two at the end just had the edge. The judges all said their bit, Andrew lloyd Webber his bit, the lines were opened for the last time. The winning girl was asked to sing that famous song from the show "SomeWhere Over The Rainbow" And when she came to that line "The Dreams You Dare To Dream Will Really Come True" you could see her smile and laugh to herself.

The dreams she alsways had, had of sing on a big stage in a West End Musical, had just come true. So Go............ I dare you to dream big dreams, and as you dream them, they will come true.
