Always Give Thanks
I guess lime most people we all look forward to a new day, week, month or year. We have been going through a very good spell, our sales are up, we have been able to source some wonderful items to list, people are talking to you, and there are no cross words with anyone. You could say life is good.
But then we wake up one morning and from the time you open your eyes to you go to bed everything seems to be going wrong. Orders do not turn up, you get bad feedback, and those people who were your best friends seem to have dropped you for a new set of friends. You look at your life and say "I have done nothing different what has gone wrong" - Well it could be Life. You see in life we have good spells and bad spells. But it is how we re-act to the bad spells is what matters.
When "Bad" stuff happens we should not lash out at people, or when we get a return, we should not take it personally, but we should say "Ok,I have had a bad spell, So what and move forward and not dwell on the bad hours or days in our lives.
Yes we may go through long spells on a down period, but it is how we react, that makes us grow. We need to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and get on. Yes we may fall over loads of times, we need to pick ourselves up and watch our steps. Check our roadmap for ourlives and see if we need to pick another route, a route with less stones in it to trip us up.
But even when we trip up and fall down we need to say what have a learnt from that fall and how can I make a difference from what I learnt when I got back up. And no matter what if we have had a good day or a bad day we need to give thanks to those around us, to those who support us when we feel down and to those who give us a smile or a phone call.
More important we need to say Thanks to God, for the wonderful day, we have had, for the air we breathe and the birds in the air. We need to thank Him for the clothes on our backs, the internet we use day in and day out to make a living. Just a Simple thanks will do, but it will make all the difference.
